We understand that personal preferences can vary, and sometimes products may not meet your expectations. For this reason, we want to ensure that you have a simple and stress-free experience should you need to return or exchange an item.
Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following criteria:
- Condition: The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with all tags and labels intact.
- Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of purchase. After this period, we may not be able to process your return.
- Non-Refundable Items: Some products, due to health and safety reasons, are non-returnable, including opened or used skincare, makeup, and any items marked as final sale.
How to Return:
If you wish to initiate a return, please follow these simple steps:

- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions on how to return your item.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping cost associated with returning the product unless the item was received damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of the product.
- Processing the Return: Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it for eligibility. If the product meets all conditions, we will process your return and issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.
Refunds:
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected on your account once the returned item is received and approved. If you opted for an exchange, the replacement product will be shipped as soon as possible, based on availability.
Exchanges:
If you prefer an exchange over a refund, we will gladly provide an exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value, subject to availability. The exchange will be processed once the returned item is inspected and approved. If there is a price difference, you will be notified about any additional charges or refunds due.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at info@designbinaa.com or call (662) 289-4301. We will request photos of the damaged product to expedite the return process and will offer you a full refund or replacement at no additional charge.
Non-Returnable Items:
For your safety and hygiene, certain products are non-returnable, including but not limited to:

- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards and personalized products
Gift Returns:
If the item was purchased as a gift, you may return it following the same process. If the return is approved, a store credit or exchange will be issued instead of a refund to the original purchaser.
Late Returns:
Any return requests made after the 30-day period will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We may be able to offer you store credit or an exchange for items that are still in unused, unopened condition.
